How to Place a Reservation

When the owners submit their monthly rates and availability, we post on the link below.

Reservation Request
Once you choose a home, submit the Online Form below to request a reservation.
Peak Season Chronological Booking
-
Peak season is January, February, and March.
-
During the peak season, rentals must be booked in chronological order. In other words, bookings must be in order: January before February or March, and January + February before March.

Outside of the peak season, you may book any available month in any order.

Sign Lease & Pay Deposit​
We process reservation requests in the order received. Typically within 1 to 3 business days.

Pay the deposit
Within 72 hours of booking:
-
$69 Reservation Processing Fee.

$500 Security Deposit.

You can pay with eCheck, debit, credit, or cash using a Electronic Pay Slip at the several participating retailers (Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc.)

Payment processing fees charged by the payment processing company.​

Pay the Balance Due

The balance ​will be shown on the lease.

4 months before check-in, our system will start emailing weekly reminders to pay the balance due

It's due 3 months before check-in

Time is of the essence.

If a guest doesn't complete the reservation by then, we need to allow other guests the opportunity to book it.

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.

The cleaner will be preparing the property that day, so please do not arrive before 4:00 p.m.

​Lockbox
-
The lockbox is usually attached to the garage door frame.
-
We will email you the lockbox code and its exact location the day before check-in.

Please use the keys during your stay. When you check out, return the keys to the lockbox.
