Keep it short, but make sure it has everything we need to estimate the cost and get owner approval—so you don’t have to come back for more info or measurements.
Walk through the whole home, inside and outside, and record a video.
Upload the video to YouTube.
Copy the YouTube link and paste it in the notes of the "MOVE-IN" Work Order.
Set the Work Order status to “Work Done.”
