Change Lockbox Codes

  1. ​Change the combo to any random number other than one that matches the other lockbox, property the address, or our phone numbers.

  2. The first number must be any number between 1 & 9 but never a 0.

  3. Scroll to the keys section in the property in AppFolio.

  4. Click the Key ID # (Circled in green in the pic below).

    1. Enter the lockbox code in the ID.

    2. Desc = "Lockbox is on the left side of the garage door frame"... unless you had to install elsewhere for some reason, like there was no garage on this rental. ​

    3. Qty = 1

If no "key" is there, click "Add Key" (Circled in blue in the pic below)
