For now, just read and approve the PDF. We’ll email a link to sign after we add your property to our system.
2) Add Property
Submit one form for each property you want us to manage.
Add Property
While We Set Things Up...
Please get the home ready for marketing:

Complete all repairs and upgrades.

Remove personal items and trash.

Put “Other Items” in a kitchen drawer (garage remotes, ceiling fan remotes, fireplace gas keys, and any other loose items that you would like is to keep track of.)

Deep clean the entire home.
