The management agreement gives us permission to manage your property.

Each owner should sign the agreement. For property owned jointly by spouses, one agreement is usually enough if all required owners are included.

2)  ​​Add Property

Submit one Add Property Online Form for each property you want us to manage. The form collects the information we need and starts the onboarding process automatically.

3) Onsite Onboarding

How we onboard the property depends on whether the home is vacant or occupied. We have a step-by-step process for each situation and will send you the right next steps when it’s time.

4) Rent Assessment & Marketing

This only applies if your rental needs a new tenant. 

 

Once we have toured the property, our Broker will work with you to set Advertised Rent and then post the home for rent on 50+ websites. 

​

You'll get weekly Marketing Update emails with the number of new:

• Inquiries 

• Showings

• Applications

This will help determine if we need to update Advertised Rent or keep rent the same for another week.

​
