Florida Rental Taxes

For each reservation, we calculate and charge the guest the required Sales and Use Tax and Tourist Tax (if applicable).

We then collect those funds from the guest and remit the payments directly to the appropriate tax authorities on your behalf.

These taxes are charged separately from the rent, so they do not reduce your rental income.

The tax activity is shown separately on your owner statement for clear and transparent reporting.
