Pricing

Cost is $47/month for the insurance plus a $10/month admin fee paid to us. This assumes you will be handling claims. To have us handle the claims, the admin fee is $30/month.

Bundle Pricing

If you are enrolling in Landlord Protection, you might as well add $1,000,000 General Liability because it's an extra $0 to $5 per month when bundled.

Exclusions

Insurance products must be added before a loss occurs and before a tenant is behind on rent in order for coverage to apply. Owner is responsible for reading the policy exclusions before enrollment. We are not licensed insurance agents and therefore are not allowed to give insurance advise.
