Rent Payments

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Tenants can pay through AppFolio by e-check, debit card, credit card, or with cash via PayNearMe at CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, and other retailers.

Owner Distributions

We send owner payments around the 15th. Direct Deposit is best. If not set up, we mail a check.

Monthly Statements

Statements are published the business day after the distribution. The statements include a clear breakdown of income and expenses, along with receipts, invoices, and pics. These are summary statements, not formal financial reports like a Profit & Loss or Balance Sheet.

1099 Tax Forms

After year-end reconciliation, your 1099 will be posted in AppFolio under the Documents tab. You'll receive an email once it’s published.
