Rent

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Tenants may pay via e-check, debit card, credit card through AppFoluo. They can also pay with cash using PayNearMe at their local CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, etc..

Owner Distributions

Owner Distributions are typically processed by the 15th of each month in a single batch. If you are not enrolled in eCheck, AppFolio will mail a paper check to your address on file.We strongly recommend enrolling in eCheck (Direct Deposit) through AppFolio for faster and more reliable payments than the USPS.

Monthly Owner Statements

Owner Statements are published shortly after distributions are issued. These statements include a simple list of debits and credits with supporting documentation for expenses. They are not formal financial reports such as a profit and loss statement or balance sheet.

Annual Owner Statements

Owners on the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Plans receive an annual summary statement, designed to simplify tax preparation for your CPA or bookkeeper.

Year-End 1099

Once December is fully reconciled and the year is closed, your 1099 will be published in AppFolio. You can access it under the "Documents" tab.
