Cancelation Policy

Cancellation more than 4 months before check-in:

  • Deposit will be refunded.

  • Processing fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation between 3 and 4 months before check-in:

  • Deposit and processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Future rent, cleaning fees, and taxes will not be billed.

 

Cancellation 3 months or less before check-in:

  • Rent, taxes, deposit, and processing fees are 100% forfeited (no exceptions).

  • The home will be listed again to find a replacement guest. If a new guest books, rent collected during the months of your reservation credited to your account, and a refund will be issued.

  • Security deposit and processing fees are non-refundable (no exceptions).

 

Other Conditions:

  • Canceling any part of the reservation will cancel the entire reservation.

Trip insurance

  • Trip insurance is strongly advised due to the strict cancellation policy.
