Lockbox for your check-in

The lockbox with the property keys is usually on the garage door frame. We will email you the code and exact location the day before check-in. Please use these keys during your stay and return them to the lockbox when you check out.

Late Check-In

Our janitor is busiest on the last day of the month preparing homes for move-ins on the 1st. If you’re arriving on a different day, please click here so they can schedule your cleaning for a less busy time.

Janitorial

The owner pays for cleaning once, right after the last guest checks out. If no one stayed in the month before your visit, you might see some dust or cobwebs, as the cleaning was done after the last guest but that may have been a while ago.

Lifestyle ID

We will request a Lifestyle ID from The Villages for you. You’ll receive a separate email with instructions on how to pick it up.
