Monthly Owner Statements

The Owner Statement is a simple transaction report showing all debits and credits for each property during a given time period. It includes a running balance and attached PDF copies of receipts and invoices for all charges. This is not a formal financial report such as an Income Statement or Balance Sheet.

How It Works

You will receive an email notification when your statement is published in AppFolio. Statements are located in the Documents tab of your Owner Portal.

Do You Need to Download It?

You do not need to download the statement unless it's needed for your own records or for a bookkeeper. Most owners choose to wait for the Annual Owner Statement, which is prepared for tax purposes and can be shared with your CPA.
