Open the property in AppFolio and scroll to the MARKETING INFORMATION section.
Watch the video and check these things:
Does the video say the address?
Does it show the inside of the home?
Does it show the outside with a full walk around?
Does it end with this message:

If the video is good, you’re done.
If anything is missing:
Make a new video.
Upload it to YouTube as unlisted.
Click Share and copy the link.
In AppFolio, click EDIT in the MARKETING INFORMATION section.
Delete the old video link if needed.
Paste your new link into the YouTube Video URL field. (Circled in red in Pic 2) --- If a video already exists, a thumbnail of the video will appear.
