Can you install an alarm system in my home during the turnover?

Yes.



Do I need to buy equipment?

No. We bought several security alarm systems, so you can rent a system on a month-to-month basis. No contract or commitments.



What's the rental cost?

  1. Equipment Rental: $50 per month to rent the following equipment:

    1. Base station

    2. Pin pad

    3. 2 wireless motion sensors

  2. Monitoring = $30/month

  3. Hourly rates or install, connect, disconnect, & uninstall

Which monitoring company do you use?

SimpliSafe



Do they work?

There are no guarantees but we've used them for years in our shop. The police show up!



Who gets notified if activated?

SimpliSafe notifies the policy & our coordinator.



What if it doesn't work?

Manager is not responsible. By submitting this request form, you agree that Manager is not responsible for theft, property damage, etc. if the alarm fails, applicants fail to activate the alarm after a self-guided tour, or any other reason.
