If a tenant must be evicted, we pay attorney fees and court costs associated with uncontested evictions.

We do not pay for property damage, loss of rent, cost of trials, or appeals.

Only available for Tenants that have undergone our screening process. If you are Activating a Property that has a current tenant, then this feature will automatically apply once we replace the tenant with a tenant that we underwrite.
